I really have an affinity for this place. I've been a few times for brunch and have always enjoyed the food. Some of my brunch favorites are their Shrimp and Grits and their Chicken and Waffle. The hot maple glaze that the chicken and waffle comes with reminds me of a sweet chili sauce. Another good option is their BLT Benedict. This comes with two poached farm eggs, their bacon, tomato jam, baby greens, skillet potatoes, and hollandaise. A great time to go for brunch would be on a Sunday afternoon.

The last time that I went to Art and Soul was for dinner. The hostess was bit dismissive when we first arrived, but our waiter was excellent! As an appetizer I had the deviled crab dip. For dinner, I decided to try their Braised Lamb Shank with vadouvan curry, chickpeas, cauliflower and ginger yogurt. The lamb was literally falling off the bone. Take me back!
